Deer Path Estates

Laurel Wood

This subdivision has about 60 sites. The homes were built from the late 1990’s to present and there are few lots left to build on.  Home prices of homes range from $300,000 to $500,000.

Legendary Trails

This subdivision has approximately 77 sites.  The homes were built from year2005 to present, still with vacant lots to build on. Home prices range from the high $350,000 and up.  Lots sizes are about 3/4 acres to an acre.

Magnolia Manor

This subdivision has approximately 71 sites. The homes were built from year 2005 and still have vacant lots to build with specific builder. Home prices range from high $200,000 to $400,000.  Magnolia Grove is a part of a group of subdivision all starting with Magnolia. I find Magnolia Park, Magnolia Ridge, and Magnolia Grove to be close in comparison to the same as Magnolia Manor.

South Point

This subdivision has approximately 34 sites.  The homes were built from year2000 to present, still with vacant lots to build on. Home prices range from the high $500,000 and up.  Lots sizes are about 3/4 acres to an acre.

Summerton South

This subdivision has approximately 77 sites.  The homes were built from year 2000 and up with very few lots let to build on.  Home prices ranges from the high $300,000 to about $500,000

Turning Hawk Ranches

This subdivision has approximately 81 sites.  The homes were built equestrian friendly and were built from year 1980 to present.  There are a few lots left to build on. Each lot is 3 plus acres. Home prices range from the high $400,000 and up.  Large homes on large lots.

Vinings

This subdivision has approximately 36 sites. The homes were built from year 2005 to present with lots left to build on with specific builders.  Home prices start at about $400,000
